How to Get Google Now on any Ice Cream Sandwich Device!

This process will show you how to get 100% fully functional Google Now voice command on any Ice Cream Sandwich device!

You Must already have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your device!
Galaxy S3 [Here]
Galaxy Nexus [Windows] [Mac]
Galaxy S2 T989 [Here]
Other other devices please search it on google.

1. Download the Offline version (bigger file, but less internet use) or download the online version using the links below.

Download: Offline Google Now
Online Google Now
2. Transfer the zip file onto your phone and enter into ClockworkMod Recovery mode. (If you do not know how to enter into ClockworkMod Recovery mode for your device, google it.)

3. Select "install zip from sdcard".

4. Then, "Choose zip from sdcard".

5. Find the Google Now zip file you transfered earlier.

6. Select "yes".

7. Select "Go Back" and "Reboot system now".

8. You now have fully functional Google Now on your Ice Cream Sandwich device!

How to Install FoxHound ROM for Galaxy Nexus [GSM] [ICS]

You MUST have ClockworkMod Recovery installed!
Click Here for Mac
Click Here for Windows

1. Download the ROM file from the link above

2. Transfer the zip file into your internal SD card of your phone

3. Enter into Bootloader Mode (Power off your device, hold the volume up, volume down, and power button all at the same time. When you feel a vibration and see a green start screen you have entered into Bootloader Mode)

4. Press volume up twice and power button to select "Recovery"

5. Choose "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" then go back and choose "Wipe Cache Partiton" then go back and choose advanced and select "Clear Dalvik Cache".

5. Go back > Install zip from SD card > Choose zip from SD card > Find file "FoxHound_0.6_GSM_4.0.4_Black....zip" and select "Yes".

6. Wait until the process is complete > Go Back > Reboot System Now > Wait 10 minutes
and you can start to use FoxHound ROM on your Galaxy Nexus!

This tutorial will help show you how to completely unroot your Samsung Galaxy Nexus .This whole process is very safe to do and will guarantee that Samsung or your carrier will not find out that you rooted your phone as long as you follow the step by step directions.

This will delete EVERYTHING on your phone!

1. Enter phone into bootloader mode (Hold down volume up, volume down, and power all at the same time until you feel a vibration)

2. Connect your phone to your computer via microUSB (Your phone should have a green start screen)

3. Download the Galaxy Nexus Unroot files here:

4. Extract the zip file

5. Move the extract folder to your "Downloads" folder

6. Open "Terminal"

7. Type and press enter after the end of each line

cd Downloads
cd GalaxyNexusUnroot404

./fastboot-mac reboot-bootloader
./fastboot-mac flash radio radio-maguro-i9250xxla02.img
./fastboot-mac reboot-bootloader
./fastboot-mac -w update image-yakju-imm76i.zip

Type ./fastboot-mac oem lock if you are planning on sending your phone back to your carrier or manufacture.

8. Once your phone has rebooting you will be on a fresh stock 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich for your Galaxy Nexus i9250 GSM

How to Root Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean / Ice Cream Sandwich! [GSM,Verizon,Sprint] [Mac]

Rooting your phone benefits you in so many ways. By rooting you get full access to your phone so you can get so much more. If your an Apple fan think of it as jailbreaking your iPhone except on steroids! You can install customs roms, backup and restore game data, overclock and underclock your phone, access the core files, and the list goes on.

This will work on any Samsung Galaxy Nexus device (GSM,Verizon,Sprint) and on any Jelly Bean and Ice Cream Sandwich versions!

How to Root Galaxy Nexus on Windows: Here

This will delete EVERYTHING on your phone!

1. Plug your phone via microUSB and enter into bootloader mode (Press volume up, volume down, and power button until you feel a vibration)

2. Download the Galaxy Nexus Root file here:

Download GalaxyNexusRootMac.zip -->

3. Extract the zip file and move the extracted folder into "Downloads" folder

4. Open Terminal and type:

cd Downloads
cd GalaxyNexusRootMac
./fastboot-mac oem unlock

5. Press volume up and power button to select "Yes" (It says may void warranty, don't worry because you can always lock the booloader if you want)

6. Go back to Terminal and type:

Type for GSM:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery GSM_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.0.2-maguro.img

Type for Verizon:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery Verizon_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.0.2-toro.img

Type for Sprint:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery Sprint_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.3.1-toroplus.img

7. Enter into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode (First enter into Bootloader Mode then press volume up twice and power to select "Recovery")

8. Select "Reboot System Now" using volume and power buttons.

9. Once your phone has finished rebooting Go back to your computer and go to "Downloads > "GalaxyNexusRootMac" and transfer "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.45.zip" into internal Sd card phone.

10. Enter into "Bootloader Mode" (Power off phone, hold down volume up, volume down, and power button until you feel a vibration)

11. Press volume up 2x (twice) and power button to select "Recovery"

12. Select "Install Zip from Sdcard" > "Choose Zip from Sdcard" > Select
"UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.45.zip".

13. Choose "Yes" > Go Back > Reboot System Now

Once your phone as finished rebooting your phone will be rooted!

Want to test out if your phone is rooted? Install Titanium Backup and see if you get SuperSU permission.

Step 1: Download the zip file here:

Step 2: Open the zip file so Mac will automatically extract it

Step 3: Transfer the extracted file to your downloads folder

Step 4: Open Terminal and type:

cd Downloads
cd GalaxyNexusRecovery
./fastboot-mac oem unlock

Step 5: Plug your phone via microUSB and enter into bootloader mode (Press volume up, volume down, and power button until you feel a vibration)

Step 6: Press volume up and power button to select "Yes" ( It says may void warranty, don't worry because you can always lock the booloader if you want)

Step 7: Go back to Terminal and type:

Type for GSM:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery GSM_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.0.2-maguro.img

Type for Verizon:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery Verizon_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.0.2-toro.img

Type for Sprint:
./fastboot-mac flash recovery Sprint_recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.3.1-toroplus.img

Step 8: Enter into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode (First enter into Bootloader Mode then press volume up twice and power to select "Recovery")

Step 9. Enjoy flashing custom roms, themes, tweaks, and much more!

1. Plug your Nexus phone via microUSB

2. Enter into download mode ( Power off device > Hold down the volume up
and power button until you see download mode)

3. Download and extract the zip file here:

--> Download Unroot GNex GSM.zip

-->

4. Open up "odin3 v1.85"

5. You will see a yellow bar on the left side of the program (If you don't see
the yellow bar that means you dont have correct drivers installed, look on
top of this article to get correct drivers)

6. Click "PDA" and find and select the file "Unroot GNex GSM.tar"

7. Click Start and wait until your phone finishes the process and rebooting

Your done! You are on a new fresh stock.

This will delete EVERYTHING on your phone!

1. Plug your phone into your computer

2. Download and install Galaxy Nexus Toolkit here:

3. Find the correct category for your phone (GSM, GSM USA, CDMA Verizon, and CDMA Sprint)

4. Select the correct Android version / build number and press enter ( Go into settings > About Phone > there you will see "Android Version" and "Build Number")

5. Select "Unlock your Bootloader"

6. Type "yes" enter

7. Enter into Bootloader mode ( Power off your phone > Hold down the volume up, volume down, and power button all at the same time) Keep holding until you see a green start screen.

8. Toolkit will say "Completed" and it will return to the main menu

9. Select "Root your Phone" enter

10. Type "yes" enter

11. Wait until your phone finishes rebooting

12. Enable USB Debugging ( Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging)

13. Wait until your phone finishes rebooting 2x TWICE ( You will see boot animation twice)

Your phone is now rooted! Congratulations!

Want to test if your phone is rooted? Just download Tiatanium Backup (Via Google PlayStore) and see if you get SuperUser / Root access.

This guide will show you how to completely restore your phone back to a fresh stock. This method will completely prepare your phone so that you can send you phone to your carrier or to Samsung and they will never find out that you did anything to your phone.

Get Correct Drivers for Galaxy Nexus GSM: Here

1. Plug your phone into your computer and now enter into download mode. (Power off your device, then hold down volume down and power button)

2. Download and extract needed files here:

Download Stock ICS GNex GSM.zip

-->

3. Open odin3 v1.85

4. Set your phone aside and in odin3 v1.85 you will see a yellow bar on the left of the program. (If you don't see a yellow bar that means you don't have correct drivers installed, please look in the "Downloads" section to get correct drivers.)

5. Click PDA and find the file: Stock ICS GNex.tar and click on start

6. Wait around 5 minutes for the process to finishes. You phone will reboot and your done!

7. Enjoy your freshly stocked ICS on your Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone.
