If you're familiar with the ROM SlimBean, then you will most definitely be familiar with the ROM SlimKat. These ROMS are very similar, but SlimKat is simply based off of KitKat instead of Jellybean. This ROM for the Galaxy S4 GT-i9505, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Canadian variants is a great ROM. 

This ROM is based off a clean AOSP ROM that comes with some nice features including KTweaker to take control of your kernel. You have options to change the voltage, improve performance, battery life, and so much more! SlimKat ROM also comes with a nice two layered pie control to add extra functions, and a 5x6 app drawer. 

The one feature I was surprised about was the new look of multitasking. When holding down the home button a right side panel pops up to show you all the running apps. While this feature isn't revolutionizing it does change up your usual look of the AOSP multitasking feature.

How to Unroot/Unbrick AT&T Galaxy S4 SGH-i337! - Compete Stock

Anyone who wants to unroot/unbrick their Galaxy S4 they can easily by using Odin and the correct stock firmware for their AT&T SGH-i337 Galaxy S4. With this step-by-step guide it will show you how to completely unroot your AT&T Galaxy S4, remove any custom recovery and unbrick your phone if you are in a boot loop. 

Follow the guide below to unroot/unbrick AT&T Galaxy S4 SGH-i337.

1. Enter your phone into "Download Mode". Make sure your phone is unplugged and turned off. Hold the volume down, home center, and power button at the same time. When you feel a vibration let go of the power, but keep holding onto the volume down and home button.

2. Press the volume up to continue and plug in your phone via microUSB.

3. Download Odin, pit, and tar.md5 files using the links below.

Download Odin
Download JFLTE_USA_ATT_16G.pit
Download AP_I337UCUEMK2_1921628_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar.md5

4. Unzip and open Odin3 v1.85. In Odin you should see a yellow highlighted box on the left of the program. If you don't, download and install Samsung USB drivers.

5. Click on "PIT" then locate and select "JFLTE_USA_ATT_16G.pit"

6.  Click on "PDA" then locate and select AP_I337UCUEMK2_1921628_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar.md5.

7. Now click on "Start". The entire process will take about 5-10 minutes. 

8. Once Odin is complete it will say "Pass". Now unplug your phone. 

9. You will now see a Android figure on your screen. Wait till you see "Samsung Galaxy S4" and then take out the battery and put it back in.

10. Now enter into Recovery Mode. Hold the volume up, home center, and power button at the same time. When you feel a vibration let go of the power, but keep holding onto the volume up and home button.

11. Select "wipe data/factory reset" > "Yes". 

12. Then "reboot system now". 

13. You are now on stock Android! You are unrooted, on stock recovery, and unbricked! You can now send this to Samsung/AT&T without them knowing you ever modified with your phone.

Samy Deluxe S4 ROM Galaxy S5 Edition is what I like to call a Galaxy S5 ROM for your Galaxy S4 GT-i9505, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Canadian variants. We know that the Galaxy S5 hasn't be released yet or that a Galaxy S5 ROM hasn't leaked. This ROM has basically been themed to look like a Galaxy S5. 

Some parts of this ROM that look like a Galaxy S5 is the wallpaper, couple of the icons like Camera and Browser, toggles, and my favorites the Settings. The Settings looks very similar to the official Galaxy S5 Settings app with the same colors, sections, and circular icons. 

On top of all the Galaxy S5 features on the Galaxy S4 you also get some goodies like the App2SD feature, some nice Note 3 apps with includes MagazineHome, SPen, and Pinboard. Also you are running on the latest Android version, Android 4.4.2 KitKat!

AOKP ROM for the Galaxy S4 T-Mobile, AT&T, Canadian, Verizon, Sprint, U.S Cellular, and Cricket variants is all based off the latest Android version, Android 4.4.2. AOKP ROM is currently one of the most popular ROMS for a wide variety of Android devices. 

Even though this ROM is based off the nightly build I haven't seen any major problems with this ROM. Features like your WiFi, Data, calling, camera, etc all work without any problems at all! However, some AOKP features don't seem to be working and will probably get fixed when the next nightly is released.

First of all this ROM has a nice red and black theme to it, covering a lot of the phone including the lockscreen, some icons, and of all of the settings! You also get a bunch of AOCP wallpapers that come in a wide variety of styles and colors! You can also apply the included icon pack via themes in settings. 

AOCP ROM also gives features for your lockscreen and personalization options for your entire phone like Halo, Appbar, status bar feature, and even Active display! 

Note: If you can't get any network signal open up Settings and go to More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names and select the correct one!

I have been following the developement of the ROM for a month or so to see how well it has progressed. My latest experience with the ROM is a very positive one as I have only seen 1 minor bug within settings!

Google Play Edition ROM has everything working, including the camera without any issues at all. Some users have stated that they experience random reboots occasionally, I personally have never experienced that problem, but if you do they recommend you flash a different modem to fix that issue.
