Google just released a minor update from 4.2 to 4.2.1 which offers some minor improvements.
Support was added to gamepad/joystick as HID devices. This will allow you to hook up your favorite game system controller and enjoy it on your Galaxy Nexus!
Google has also rebuilt parts of Android that should give you a tad bit more better battery life and buttery smoothness.
