1. Plug in your tablet via microUSB.
2. Enter your tablet into bootloader mode. Press the power button and volume down button at the same time, keep holding until you see a green Android and start screen.
3. Download Nexus7Unroot.Unbrick.zip below and extract the file.

4. Move the Nexus7Unroot.Unbrick.zip folder into your downloads folder.
5. In the Nexus7Unroot.Unbrick folder you will have drivers for your Nexus 7. Install/ update your Nexus 7 drivers using device manager.
6. Open Command Prompt and type:
cd Downloads
cd Nexus7Unroot.Unbrick
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-grouper-3.34.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot -w update image-nakasi-jro03d.zip
fastboot oem lock
7. Reboot your phone by pressing the power button and you will be on complete Jelly Bean stock, like the day you first bought your Nexus 7.

9. On your Nexus 7 you should see "Unlock Bootloader?" Select "Yes" using the power button.

8. Only continue if are having problems locking your bootloader!
In command prompt type: fastboot oem unlock
9. On your Nexus 7 you should see "Unlock Bootloader?" Select "Yes" using the power button.
10. In command prompt type:
fastboot oem lock and you should now have a locked bootloader that is safe to give back to the manufacture.
